We offer Outreach LINC programs in the immediate Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM); that is, Halifax, Dartmouth, Cole Harbour and Bedford.

If you are unable to attend an ESL school in HRM for specific reasons, please contact us. MILS has trained ESL teachers that provide at-home ESL for immigrants who want to learn English.
